Planoly has been such a huge lifesaver for me these past few weeks. I’m a visual person, and it’s so important for me to see my content laid out while I’m planning what to post (especially on Instagram).

When I first started my fashion account on Instagram, I would actually draw out individual squares with the dates and a short description of what I would be posting  – super old school, I know! A few months later, I started using VSCO to edit my pictures. I took advantage of the grid feature which helped for awhile, but it still wasn’t exactly what I needed – I couldn’t drag and drop the photos.  I knew there had to be a better way! Finally, I came across Planoly.

I created my account and also downloaded the app on my iPad – there’s a free trial available to try first before committing to a plan. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to use and Planoly actually did what it promised – help you VISUALLY plan your Instagram feed which is so helpful for bloggers like us!

Aside from being able to visually plan your content, the platform also allows you to manage your Instagram account from responding back to comments to scheduling posts.

Planoly’s key features:

  • Content planning – with the drag&drop feature, you can easily arrange (upcoming) photos on your Instagram feed.
  • Scheduling – schedule your content in advance, have your captions ready, and you’ll get push notifications when it’s time to post!
  • Analysis – understand your audience with in-depth metrics and data.
  • Managing comments – you can easily view and reply to your comments all in one place!

If there’s one essential tool you need to have for managing your Instagram account, Planoly is definitely it! I highly recommend it if you’re looking to grow your Instagram account and increase the aesthetics of your feed. Start using Planoly today by creating your account here!

I really hope you enjoyed this post! I also created a helpful cheat sheet that includes 4 tips on how you can increase the visual appeal of your Instagram feed – Download it here.
